Our blood bank refrigerators are made of corrosion free metal components with advance poly uretherane insulation ensuring maximum thermal efficiency and durability. Designed especially for long storage of blood and also provide better hygiene. Absolutely environment friendly because of its CFC air cooling technology and also fitted with digital temperature indication.

It also has one temperature controller which is based on micro processor and also fitted with audio visual alarm for high and low temperature. Apart from many features of this product, its lightness, sturdy construction, very low on maintenance and also its energy efficient capability makes a very different Blood Bank refrigerators altogether.

Built with a double wall coated units which has a outer body constructed out of thick m.steel/aluminum sheets and also painted with long lasting stove enamel with elegantly powder coated. Inner chamber of this fridge is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade or anodized aluminum sheet or G.I. (as per the customer’s requirements). Gap of 100 mm between the walls is filled with high grade poly uretherane insulation, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency. Outer panel of all our blood bank refrigerators are made of made of galvanized sheets having a superior bacteria resistance film coating for greater hygiene. The interior of our blood bank refrigerators are constructed of high grade stainless steel sheets of grade SS-304, thus making it easier to clean and ensure greater stability and life.

The doors are connected by very sturdy chrome plate hinges and fitted with hard chrome plated lubricated latches for opening the door. The doors are made of galvanized steel sheets, lined with stainless steel for extra protection and long life. All the doors are fitted with high quality neoprene rubber gaskets for air tight fittings. Talking about the floor of this refrigerator constructed out of hardened and reinforced steel sheets containing spills for easy cleaning and hygiene. Individual lock system with multi channel ensures complete safety and security. Temperature range of our standard blood bank refrigerators models are 2° c to 4° c. However we have the capacity to modify the same to suit the individual specialized requirements of our customers. For protection during the temperature fluctuations an audio visual alarm has been fitted with this refrigerator and also provide with doors operated through illumination systems which comprises of fluorescent lights.
