Introduction

Water Bath High Precision is one of our many products of VESCA Scientific Lab Instruments. Our High Precision Water Baths are widely used in numerous research and testing centers providing them more incubation as well as general tests and procedures. These products offered wide range of varieties which are essential for tissue culture applications, enzyme reaction studies, growth observation studies, fermentation analysis and various other general and specialized applications in various laboratories.

Apart from standard models we do provide customized versions of this product and few others are designed specifically for various scientists for individual and specialized research applications. There are many salient features to offer which makes it a very special product of ours. Designed in Ergonomic surface for versatile usage and thus provide long life as well as maintenance at very low cost. Like other product this one also has Calibration and Protocol Documentation.

Built with a double walled convection heated units where it’s outer body constructed out of thick PCRC steel sheet duly pre-treated with primers for rust proofing and painted with air drying paint/stove enamel/powder coating. Inside chamber of the unit made out of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of grade ss-304.

The unit is provided with top opening cover, made of stainless steel with steel concentric rings along with stainless steel racks. Indirect heating system is provided in our water bath, comprising of air heaters made of high grade Kanthal A-1 wires of suitable wattage. The temperature is evenly distributed throughout the chamber through natural water convection mechanism, ensuring very good temperature sensitivity. In order to maintain the uniform temperature of our high precision water bath, the unit is fitted with a high efficiency stirrer motor of 1/20 HP.
