Introduction

At Vesca Scientific Lab instruments we always emphasize more on quality of our products that we delivered and thus we come up with a revolutionary Muffle Furnace which is absolutely light on weight and has ceramic wool insulation instead of brick insulation. Taking about the outer casting of this furnace which has been made out of double walled thick PCRC sheet, duly painted with attractive stove enamel. Heating elements are made of Kanthal A-1 wire and backed by high temperature cerwool insulation, which avoids loss of energy.

It has one temperature controller consists of energy regulator fitted in front of the furnace with two pilot lamps, apart from that this apparatus is complete with one pyrometer, thermocouple, silver thermal fuse and is being plugged with main lead. It works on 20/230Volts AC or 400/440 Volts AC. There are some optional accessories as well such as blind controller, microprocessor based PID controller and a thermal chart recorder.
