Introduction

Oven universal is one of the most products of VESCA Scientific Lab Instruments. Our product is double walled with an outer chamber made of M.S. painted duly with powder and also coated with glass wool insulation between the two walls. Inner wall made out of finest quality of Aluminum/Stainless steel. Heating elements are firmly placed in ribs of the bottom and as well as in sides and thus provide uniform heat, having a temperature ranges from 5°C above ambient to 250°C.

It also has adjustable ventilator fitted on both sides which is provide with ‘L’ shape thermometer fixed at front of the oven. In order to take control of the temperature it has been equipped with a thermostat with accuracy of ± 1°C. Oven universal is also fitted with main switch and pilot lamp.

Hot air oven uses in laboratory are more as it includes also a Temperature controlling knob which supplies perforated shelves and works on 220 Volts 50 Hz AC mains. As per customer requirements we can also add some additional features to this equipment such as a fan which circulates the temperature, a digital temperature controller cum P.I.D based indicator in order to keep track of the temperatures within this oven, a mechanical timer up to 2 hours, imported thermostat can be replaced with Indian Thermostat, an electronic timer of 99.99 hours and a ‘L’ shape thermometer.
